Insurance Verification

Physicians 1st Choice will verify eligibility and benefits for all your patients.
Your office will have the options of a telephone verification for more complete information or an online verification for basic information.

For telephone verifications we will not only request deductible and co-pay information, but also if referral or treatment plan is required.
​
Your office will complete our insurance verification form and fax it to our office for immediate verification.
​
Your office will also have to provide us a scanned copy (front and back) of the patient's insurance card.
​
FEES: All included with claims submissions for as low as 6% of insurance collections or one monthly flat fee.

Authorization Tracking
​Do you have claims deny because you do not have a valid referral or treatment plan on file?
​
P1C will track your referrals and authorizations for you.
​
Authorization tracking service will track the number of visits allowed under a treatment plan OR the end date of a referral to ensure you do not treat patients beyond the authorized number of visits or the end date of a referral.
​
On a weekly basis we will update your staff with authorizations and referrals about to expire.
​
